We want to help people find the fullness of Christ’s revelation, which He has entrusted to the Catholic Church! For those interested in learning more about the Catholic faith, passed on from the Apostles, we can offer assistance, welcome and Christian love.
Returning Catholics - This is a refresher course for inactive Catholics to return to active participation in the life of the Church. Training for leaders is required.
Men’s Prayer Group - Meets every Wednesday morning before the 7:00 am mass in the social hall to review the Gospel for the coming Sunday, to discuss its meaning in our lives, and to pray for special intentions. No secret skills or scholarly qualifications are required. All men are welcome, coffee and tea are available at 6:00 am, and discussion and prayer begin at 6:15 am.
Prison Bible Ministry - This is a ministry of presence to those in prison to let them know they are not forgotten. Visitors bring to these prisoners bible studies, help with devotional practices, and a spiritual connection to the outside.
RCIA- Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults - This is the process of welcoming unbaptized adults, as well as baptized Catholics who have not received Holy Communion and / or Confirmation, and persons baptized in other denominations who wish to be members of the Catholic Church. Included in this is catechesis, celebrations of the Word, as well as acquaintance with doctrine and Church teachings. Sponsors are practicing Catholics who share with the candidates and catechumens on their journey.
RCIC- Rite of Christian Initiation of Children - This is the process of welcoming into the church children ages 8 and older who have not been baptized or were baptized into another denomination or were baptized and not further prepared for Holy Communion and / or Confirmation. Sponsors are practicing Catholics who share with candidates and catechumens on their journey.
